Terms and Conditions
- This offer is exclusive for members of Ralph Lauren Hong Kong.
- Includes purchases for online delivery shipped to Hong Kong or Macau only. Excludes pick-up in-store.
- The registration period commences on 2024/10/04 and ends on 2024/11/04, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
- Cardmembers must successfully register an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period (“Registered Card”), then spend a cumulative net amount of every HK$5,000 (“Spending Requirement”) online at Ralph Lauren Official Online Store | Ralph Lauren 官方網店 in Hong Kong (“Participating Merchants”) with the Registered Card during Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) to receive HK$400 back in statement credit (“Registered Card Offer”).
- The Registered Card Offer is open to individuals who hold Basic and/or Supplementary American Express® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Eligible Cards”), excluding (a) The US Dollar Card, (b) American Express® Corporate Cards, (c) American Express Business Travel Account, (d) Corporate Purchasing Card, (e) all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong.
- During the Promotion Period, the Registered Card Offer is limited to 5-time credits, [capped at a total of HK$2,000 statement credit] per Registered Card.
- Excludes transactions where Cardmembers do not spend on their Registered Card directly online at Ralph Lauren Official Online Store | Ralph Lauren 官方網店. Offer valid at Hong Kong website only. Excludes transactions made in-person.
- Supplementary Cards must be registered separately and spend cannot be combined amongst Cards to meet the Spending Requirement.
- Excludes transactions made through a third-party establishment or third-party payment processor.
- Un-posted/cancelled/refunded transactions and transactions that are found to be fraudulent or are eventually cancelled/refunded will be considered as ineligible transactions.
- Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
- Credit should appear on Cardmember’s billing statement within 15 business days from Eligible Transaction but may take up to 90 days from the end of Promotion Period.
- Credit may not be applied to the Cardmember’s account if the account has been suspended or cancelled and may be reversed if Eligible Transaction is returned or cancelled.
- Participating Merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Registered Card Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
- In case of any enquiry related to this Registered Card Offer, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card or our customer service hotline at 2277 1010.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this Registered Card Offer, the decision of American Express and Participating Merchants shall be final.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- American Express and Ralph Lauren HK reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.

- 卡會員須於推廣期內成功登記合資格美國運通卡（「登記卡」），並在推廣期內憑已登記卡於香港Ralph Lauren Official Online Store | Ralph Lauren 官方網店網店 （「參與商戶」）累積簽賬淨額每滿HK$5,000（「簽賬要求」）（「合資格交易」），可獲HK$400簽賬回贈（「登記卡優惠」）。
- 此優惠適用於美國運通國際股份有限公司（「美國運通」）及星展銀行（香港）有限公司在香港簽發的美國運通主卡及/或附屬卡（「合資格美國運通卡」）。優惠不適用於 (a)美國運通美元卡、(b) 美國運通公司卡、(c) 美國運通商務旅遊賬戶 或 (d) 美國運通公司採購卡之運通卡會員及(e) 在香港以外地區簽發的美國運通卡。
- 在推廣期內，每張已登記之合資格美國運通卡只可享有最多5次登記卡優惠，即總共HK$2,000簽賬回贈。
- 如卡會員並非憑已登記卡直接於Ralph Lauren Official Online Store | Ralph Lauren 官方網店網店內簽賬，該等簽賬將不被視為合資格交易。合資格簽賬只適用於香港網站。此登記卡優惠不適用於親身於門市之交易。
- 附屬卡會員須作獨立登記，其簽賬不可合併計算於所需簽賬要求。
- 透過第三方機構或第三方支付服務公司進行的交易均不適用於登記卡優惠。
- 未過賬／取消／退款的交易或發現任何欺詐或最終取消/退款的交易將不被視為合資格交易。
- 簽賬回贈不可兌換現金或其他支付方式。
- 簽賬回贈將於合資格交易完成後的15個工作天內或於推廣期結束後90天內存入卡會員已登記卡賬戶內。
- 如卡會員的賬戶已暫停或取消，簽賬回贈可能不會被存入卡會員的賬戶內。如合資格簽賬被退款或取消，已加入卡會員賬戶的簽賬回贈可能會被撤回。
- 此登記卡優惠之所有產品、服務、諮詢、建議及優惠均由參與商戶根據此條款及細則負責提供予卡會員。美國運通並非此登記卡優惠所提供的該等產品及／或服務之供應者，亦不對其作出任何表述或保證。
